What type of movement is used for watches?

We use a Japanese Miyota Quartz Movement for our watches, one of the most well known in the industry.

What type of leather is used for watches?

Our leather straps are made of genuine cow-hide leather.

What is the watch glass made of?

The glass used for our watches is made of hardened mineral crystal.

What materials are used for jewelry?

Our cuff bracelets and necklaces are made of polished 316L Stainless Steel, the same steel we use in our watches. Gold & Rose Gold options are 18K gold dipped.

 

ORDER INFORMATION

I need to change or cancel my order. How can I do that?

If you need to change or cancel your order, please contact us immediately. Once our warehouse has processed your order, we will be unable to make any changes.

How can I track my order's shipping status?

Once your order is on its way to you, you will receive tracking information including a tracking number via email.

I only receieved one of the items in my order, where is the rest?

Items can come from multiple warehouses. If you only receive part of your shipment, don’t worry, you’ll receive tracking on your other goods as they ship.

INTERNATIONAL ORDERS

Will I be charged customs duties/taxes?

You may be responsible for import duties and taxes on your international order (including Canada). In addition, some orders may experience customs delays. Unfortunately, we have no control over these charges or delays and cannot predict what they may be. We suggest that you contact your local customs office for additional information.

Can I return/exchange my international order?

Yes. But since we are unable to provide return shipping labels for international orders, you will be responsible for return shipping.

 

WARRANTY INFORMATION

Is there a warranty on watches?

Crscnt Moon has a limited warranty that covers manufacturer's defects for two years after the original purchase date. Simply put, if the watch parts or mechanics don't work properly, and it's our fault, we will repair or replace the watch for free. The warranty does not cover the following: normal wear and tear, batteries, accidental scratches, strap damage, water damage, or theft. Proof of purchase is required for all warranty claims.
