USPS Domestic & International Service Delays due to COVID

Rest assured, Crscnt Moon is working overtime to continue shipping all orders on time, within 1-2 days of order receipt. You may experience delivery delays due to strained mail delivery networks on the part of Postal Services from staffing shortages, flight cancellations and delays, and/or outages that may affect USPS's ability to match estimated days to delivery.

We offer the following resources for knowing the status of your order:

  • Order and Shipping Confirmation Emails: After placing an order you will receive an order confirmation by email, and once that order has shipped, you will receive a shipping confirmation email with an order tracking number for live updates on your shipment status.
