If your order was incorrectly filled or flawed in any way, we would absolutely love to make things right for you. Products must be unused and in their original packaging.

Once a refund is approved, it is issued as soon as we receive your returned items. After issuance in our system, expect the refund to arrive in your account within 3-7 business days.

COVID-19 Shipping Delays

Due to the ongoing pandemic, delivery times may be longer than normal. You'll automatically receive a tracking link as soon as your order ships. Nothing to do on your part  - we're taking care of it.
